The Run Down:

Opened our gym during Pandemic and after 2 months of being open we partnered with Pancham and grew to over 200 members in the first 14 months we were open.

Biggest things Pancham helped move the needle on:

- Pancham helped turn around marketing efforts within the first year- changed the ballgame and set us up for success

- Pancham was able to keep Ad spend is low but cost per lead very affordable= record low of under $10/lead (this is rare, target is $25)

- Pancham keeps marketing fresh, pays close attention to ads management, so we don't have to worry about it.
